Poly-Texx® XP-99

Poly-Texx® XP-99 is a high-performance engineering thermoplastic.  This semi-crystalline material has a balance of high temperature tolerance, superior mechanical properties, chemical and steam resistance, superior tribological (wear) properties and low friction. Its PV capability exceeds 100,000, making it one of the most capable plane bearing materials available.  It is available in sheet, rod and a limited number of tubing sizes. It can be machined with conventional metal working equipment to tolerances of +/-.001″ with experience. Poly-Texx® XP99 is dimensionally stable in high PV and chemically aggressive applications.
