# Poly-Texx® CE

**Poly-Texx® CE** is a NEMA Grade Composite in accordance with Mil-I-24768/14-FBG. Primarily used for applications where high loading, light weight and insulating properties are required. Typical applications include gears, sleeve and flanged bushings, guide rails, and slide plates. Also proven to be successful as knuckle and pivot bearings for mining and off-road vehicle applications. It is easily machined with conventional metal working equipment.

**Poly-Texx® CE** is an unfilled thermoset composite with an outstanding ability to handle high loads under vibration. Its ultimate compressive strength (P) is 34,000 PSI. It is capable of a low-load velocity (V) of up to 5 SFM. Its overall PV rating is 10,000. The combination of rigidity, stiffness and light weight, makes **Poly-Texx® CE** a great choice for many demanding applications.
